Please read the information below carefully - if this works for you, fill out the booking form.

Brainstorming:

  • Describe your tattoo idea in full detail when filling out the booking form. 

  • Upload any images that you have for reference on what you are envisioning for your tattoo.

  • Please also upload a photo of the location on your body where you would like the tattoo done.

  • It is important to me that I will create original artwork when executing your vision of the tattoo. I will not copy other artists' tattoos. 

  • It is important to make sure that the project is a good match for me before we can discuss available appointment dates and accept deposits.

 

Design:

  • Designs are prepared prior to our session and sometimes designs take me many hours to complete.  Please understand and respect the process and work that goes into this artwork.

  • The day of the session I will show you the design we can make some small adjustments the day of if necessary.  If too many adjustments need to be made we may reschedule the tattoo for a later date so I can be sure to redesign and execute artwork that I am confident in and that you will ultimately love. 

  • At the beginning of your first appointment I will show you the design I have come up with.  

 

Pricing:

  • My rate is $200 an hour starting at your appointment time. However my minimum is $150 for anything 1.5 x 1.5 or smaller. Anything beyond that size but still within a potential 1 hour window is a $200 minimum but is subject to change by the discretion of myself the artist based on the complexity of the piece. For example if the piece is larger but very simple I will most likley only charge the minimum of $150. Any pieces that will go multiple hours will be charged the standard $200 hour rate. If we agree to take a lunch together you will not be charged for this time.

  • I will provide a ball park estimate for the price of the piece when we finalize booking of the tattoo.  

  • I have a good working pace but I am an extremely detail oriented artist and I do not rush my process in any way.  Please keep in mind I take a lot of pride in what I do and I want to do my absolute best to give you a piece of art you love and will carry with you forever.

  • This is an artistic project, there is no way to guarantee the exact amount of hours a tattoo will take upfront – every project and person is unique.

 

Payment and Deposits:

  • Payments are due immediately at the end of each session. At this time we accept cash, Zelle, or credit card payment.

  • A deposit is necessary to secure your appointment and will be de dependent on the style and type of tattoo you are getting, but usually is between $100-200. Deposits are non-refundable. For booking multiple sessions, one deposit for each session is required.

  • If you need to change the date of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you must let us know at least 5 days prior to the session so I can attempt to fill the time slot and not be completely out of work for that day.  If you give less than 5 days notice you will need to place another deposit.

Appointment:

  • Please do not drink alcohol for several days prior to your session – this may cause excessive bleeding during the session and cause an issue with the healing process.

  • Make sure to be well-rested before coming into the appointment and eat a meal beforehand to prevent low blood sugar issues.

  • Make sure to wear comfortable clothing that helps with the tattooing process – if you’re getting a tattoo on your arm, a tank top or sleeveless t-shirt will be helpful – if you’re getting a tattoo on your leg - it’s better to wear shorts.

  • Please bring your own lunch and snacks. Tattoos are much less painful and your artist is able to work more proficiently when your body is nourished and fed. If you are late, you must inform us via email. If you are more than 30 minutes late without any notification, the session will be canceled without any refund.

  • If you do not show up for the appointment - you lose your deposit and you will need to place another deposit if you wish to reschedule. 

 

Health Concerns and Conditions:

  • As for any health problems, allergies, and contraindications - please warn us about this in advance.

 

Closing Statement:

  • Your deposit being sent signs that you understood as agreement to the entire policy above, and in doing so you agree that you will not be refunded the deposit for any reason whatsoever.

  • It is essential that you include your idea, reference pictures, and a photo of the location on your body where you want the tattoo. If you do not include this, we will not be able to get back to you.

  • We make sure to respond to emails as soon as possible but we receive many inquiries. Please be patient and we will reply to you as soon as we can.
